
For the past two years, the United States Department of
Agriculture (USDA) has offered waivers to Child Nutrition (CN) Programs across
the United States to offer all students breakfast and lunch at no charge.
These waivers expired on June 30th, 2022. This means
that starting school year 2022-23, the CN programs across the nation will
return to normal, pre-pandemic operations.
- School meals will still be available to all students;
however, they will not be free to all students.
- Families will need to complete a
Free/Reduced Meal Application to qualify for the program.

page. Also, applications can be printed
off BCS website or picked up at a school office.
For the 2022-23 school year, the
price of reduced and paid lunches will be as follows:
