Bellefontaine High School hosted the Fall Choir Festival in the main gym earlier this month.

A large crowd was entertained by six local schools.

The Bellefontaine Concert Choir opened the show.

They were followed by the Triad Choir, Jackson Center Choir, Riverside Chorus, Benjamin Logan Chorale, Indian Lake Chorale, and Bellefontaine Symphonic Choir.

The Bellefontaine Concert Choir performed “I Have to Sing” and “Jazz Cantate.”

The Bellefontaine Symphonic Choir performed the processional “Dance Alleluia” along with “Dulaman,” “I Loved You,” and “No Need to Knock.”

Lauren Valdez and Camryn Neill were soloists.

Brice Henry is the director of the BHS Concert Choir and Symphonic Choir.

He said, “I think the evening went very smoothly. All of the choirs are very talented and it just shows that music is very strong in our area.”

Paula Deardurff was the accompanist for the Bellefontaine Symphonic Choir.
