Area high school juniors and seniors will learn more about their career options this week.

The Midwest Regional Educational Service Center will host the 41st annual Logan County College Day Friday from 8:30 to 11 a.m. at Benjamin Logan High School.

High school students from Bellefontaine, Benjamin Logan, Indian Lake, Riverside, Calvary Christian, Kenton, and Ohio Hi-Point Career Center will participate.

Representatives from colleges, universities, technical schools, and the US military will be available to meet with students.

Each school will attend during a prearranged time block. Parents are encouraged to attend and should check with their student or call the guidance department (593-0545) for the allotted time frame.

A panel of speakers from two-year, four-year, state, and a private school in addition to the military will speak to the students and describe the various educational options.

High school students will have an opportunity for a short question and answer session with the speakers prior to meeting with admission counselors in the gymnasium.

If you have questions, contact Karen Sorreles at the Midwest Regional Educational Service Center at 937-599-5195, ext. 5506.
