A COVID-19 vaccination clinic opened Monday at Bellefontaine High School.

Bellefontaine City Schools and the Logan County Health District are hosting the mass vaccination clinic in the BHS cafeteria.

Logan County Health District Nursing Supervisor Kelly Reaver reports that all COVID-19 vaccine brands and doses are available to ages 5 and older.

Reaver added, “The school was interested in getting their staff up to speed. They said we could invite the entire county and it’s been going very well. The school has been very accommodating.”

The clinic will continue Tuesday from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m.

**Walk-ins are welcome.**

You can also schedule an appointment at https://gettheshot.coronavirus.ohio.gov, then enter access code BPQRCDOSIU, zip code 43311, and select “Logan County Health District - Offsite” for the vaccine location.

You’re asked to enter Bellefontaine High School from Harding Street (fairgrounds side) and use “Entrance 9” by the Pride Rock.

You should bring a photo ID, insurance card (if available), and white vaccine card if receiving a second, third, or booster dose. A parent or legal guardian must be present for ages 5-17. Dress in layers with a short sleeve shirt being the bottom layer.

If you have questions, contact the health district at 937-592-9040.
