Three generations taught at Bellefontaine Elementary School on Friday.

Caitlyn Shumaker is serving as a substitute teacher while she is on Christmas break.

Shumaker graduated from BHS in 2020. She attends Northern Illinois University and plays softball for the Huskies.

Her mother, Andrea Shumaker, teaches second grade at BES.

Caitlyn’s grandmother, Linda McQuinley, teaches Title 1 reading at the elementary school.
