BHS grad speaks to future engineers

Christian Kelley speaks to BHS students.

Bellefontaine High School graduate Christian Kelley spoke to the BHS future engineers (Teams Club) via Zoom Thursday about his journey to becoming an engineer working at NASA in Houston.

Kelley is a visiting vehicle officer (VVO). In that capacity, he ensures that the various space vehicles that visit the International Space Station (ISS) get there safely and efficiently.

Kelley shared the importance of taking challenging classes in high school to prepare for college. He discussed the importance of perseverance when challenges present themselves.

Kelley graduated from Bellefontaine in 2016.

The Teams Club advisors are Kristy Mount and Nate Arbogast.
