The Bellefontaine High School Marching Band will play in the Hometown Christmas Parade Friday at 6 p.m.

The 92-member “Pride of the Tribe” will perform “Let It Go” from the movie Frozen.

BHS Band Director Jeremy Karg said, “The band is very happy to participate in the Christmas parade this year once again! We appreciate all the support that is shown to the program throughout the year and we are happy to be able to give back just a little.

“We are also very excited to be preparing for the Cheez-It Bowl on December 29th in Orlando, Florida. Thanks to all who have supported this effort!"

The annual parade in Bellefontaine will feature 46 entrants, including businesses and churches.

The parade route will be Main Street from the Logan County Fairgrounds to Columbus Avenue.

Santa will arrive on the Bobcat Multi-Works float.

After the parade, Santa will meet with children at The Photo Booth on West Chillicothe Avenue.

The parade is being sponsored by Citizens Federal Savings & Loan.

Bellefontaine Grace Church is hosting a free event downtown from 4-9 p.m.

This will include wagon rides, a petting zoo, and ice skating.
