A familiar face was a celebrity reader at Bellefontaine Elementary School this week.

Former Bellefontaine City Schools Superintendent Beth Harman read to first-graders.

Substitute teacher Phil Forsythe invited Harman.

Forsythe added, “I always had celebrity readers when I taught. I asked Beth and she immediately said she would be glad to do it!”

BES Assistant Principal Erin Gillig and BES Librarian Wendy Rutan also read to the students.
