
The Bellefontaine Middle School cross country teams had a banner day at the Jr. High State Championship Meet at Dublin Jerome on Sunday.
Eighth-grader Grace Brown won another state title.
She finished her season undefeated and repeated as the Division II state champion.
Brown had the fastest time across all 3 divisions earning her the honor of Ohio’s Fastest Girl with a time of 11:31.
Brown will run at the Cross Country Nationals in Louisville, Kentucky, on Saturday, November 5th.
The BMS girls team ran an outstanding team race and placed 4th in Division II.
The Lady Chiefs got strong races from Brown, Hailee Lamb, Rylee Yelton, Sloan Stolly, and Hannah Wilson who finished her season with a personal best time of 14:34.
