The Bellefontaine Police Department executed operation "Happy Holidays" to catch the Grinch after developing information from their continued investigation.

BPD Officers, Special Response Team, K9 Boodik, Drone, and Chief Standley were able to catch the Grinch as he was heading out to cause more mischief in the city.

The Grinch's court date is Friday, December 2nd at 4 p.m. with the Honorable Judge Kennedy. If found guilty, the Grinch will be taken directly from the Logan County Courthouse to start his sentence at 5 p.m.

Last December, the Grinch visited Bellefontaine City Schools to fulfill his community service.
