Pre-K students enjoyed a visit from Officer Allen Huffman Tuesday morning.

Huffman, who’s the longtime school resource officer at BMS, stopped by the new preschool at Bellefontaine Elementary School.

He interacted with Mrs. Burkhardt’s students.

Approximately 55 students are attending Pre-K this year at the elementary school.

Bellefontaine City Schools launched the in-house preschool this fall at BES.

The preschool is for 4 and 5-year-olds.

The preschool teachers are Lauren Burkhardt and Bri Hughes.
