
The Bellefontaine High School cheerleading team finished 2nd in the Central Buckeye Conference championship meet at Graham High School on Saturday.
There are two divisions at the league meet - traditional (tumbling, jumping, and dancing) and game day (cheers and fight song).
BHS competed in traditional.
Kenton Ridge took home the traditional title.
Northwestern captured the game day competition.
Team members for the Chiefs include: Ellise St. Clair, Mackenzie Southard, Arianna Evans, Corbin Baker, Ella Kuba, Hailey Coyer, and Mia Oppy.
CBC All-League Honors:
Ellise St. Clair - 1st team & jump off champion
Mackenzie Southard - 1st team & sportsmanship award
Arianna Evans - 2nd team
Corbin Baker - 2nd team
Ella Kuba - honorable mention
Hailey Coyer - honorable mention
