
Bellefontaine City Schools is well represented in a new Wall of Fame at Lee’s Famous Recipe Chicken in Bellefontaine.
The Bellefontaine Police Department, Lee’s Famous Recipe Chicken, and 98.3 WPKO & 107.3 The Drive unveiled the Wall of Fame Tuesday night.
Four students from Bellefontaine City Schools and two students from Calvary Christian were honored during the ceremony at the restaurant.
The inductees were chosen by staff members for their leadership, selfless service to others, and dedication to making our community better.
Each school was asked to select one student and provide a summary of why the student was chosen.
Their photo and summary are featured in the Wall of Fame display in the restaurant.
The inaugural inductees include:
Jessilynn Cole, Bellefontaine Elementary School, 2nd-grader
Owen Park, Bellefontaine Intermediate School, 4th-grader
Blake Loomis, Bellefontaine Middle School, 8th-grader
Julia Nelson, Bellefontaine High School, 12th-grader
Benaiah Soma, Calvary Christian Middle School, 7th-grader
Jake Palmer, Calvary Christian High School, 11th-grader
Family members and school administrators attended the ceremony, which was streamed live on peakofohiotv.com.
