Why you love being a Chieftain: I love the pride our school and community have for staff and students. I think our schools do a wonderful job in supporting our students through athletics, clubs, and student-led committees. I’m a Bellefontaine alum, and it's important for me in my role as a teacher to keep instilling the positive atmosphere I had when I was a student here.
Classroom motto or quote to live by: “My mission in life is not merely to survive, but to thrive and to do so with some passion, some compassion, some humor, and some style.” Maya Angelou
What you love doing outside of school: One of my favorite things to do is to plan trips with my husband for our family. Whether it’s a quick trip to watch a college football game on a Saturday or planning a multi-state adventure, we love going to new places and experiencing new cities together with our two young children, Finley and Jameson.
