BMS students compete in Model United Nations.

The Bellefontaine Middle School Model United Nations team recently traveled to Cleveland for their conference at John Carroll University.

Jazmin Nelson and Isaac Roberts represented Mozambique as a part of the Security Council.

Bennett Lang and Leo Reser represented Peru as a part of the General Assembly.

Clara Core and Brody Miranda represented Palestine as a part of the Economic and Social Committee.

Finally, Alivia May and Isaac Merrin represented the United States as a part of the Space Security Committee.

Awards were presented to Brody Miranda and Clara Core by their committee chairs as runner-up in their Economic and Social representation of Palestine.

Model UN is led by BMS Gifted Intervention Specialist Stephanie Fissel and 8th-grade teacher Joey Gengler.
