Valentine’s Day looked a little different for the fifth-graders in Mrs. Martin and Ms. Eastman’s classes at Bellefontaine Intermediate School.
The students opted to create Valentines for community members instead of passing them out to one another.
These soon-to-be middle schoolers wanted to make their last party a memorable one by showing some love to their local heroes.
Chloe O’Chocke represented her classmates and hand-delivered the cards after school on Friday to Mary Rutan Hospital and the Bellefontaine Police and Fire Departments.
