Fifth-graders in Ms. Linville’s classes recently saluted the Bellefontaine Fire Department for their service to our community.

The students adopted the fire department as their business.

Students made thank you cards for the firefighters.

The Bellefontaine Fire Department then reciprocated that kindness.

The captain of the fire department delivered a letter signed by firefighters and gave students pencils and candy.

Adopt-a-business is a schoolwide activity at Bellefontaine Intermediate School.

This allows students to show their appreciation to our local businesses.

Linville’s classes also wrote thank you cards to the Holland Theatre and Our Daily Bread.
