Bellefontaine football standouts Keagon Overton-Story and Jazander Johnson recently signed their letters of intent with Division III Wittenberg University.
The seniors anchored the Chiefs' offensive line last fall.
Both players were two-year starters at offensive tackle for BHS.
Overton-Story and Johnson were offered by Wittenberg last summer.
Overton-Story said, "I chose Wittenberg because I felt like they cared about us."
Johnson added, "Their facilities were impressive."
Johnson hopes to start as a freshman.
Overton-Story would like to make the depth chart in the fall (starter or backup).
The longtime teammates will both study business.
Keagon's favorite high school memory was beating Jonathan Alder last fall.
Jazander's favorite memory at BHS was winning the playoff game at Tri-Valley in '21.
Longtime Bellefontaine head football coach Jason Brown reflected on the dual signing ceremony. "I'm proud and really happy for Keagon and Jazander. Both guys were pillars for our offensive line and program the last couple of years."
