Why you love being a Chieftain: I love being a Chieftain because of the feeling of community amongst the schools. From the moment I walked through the doors, I felt welcomed and included, like I was part of something special. The staff and administration truly care about the kids and will do virtually anything to help them succeed. The students themselves are amazing – kind, hardworking, and so excited to learn. I feel so lucky to work for such an amazing district.

Classroom motto or quote to live by: “Being a kind person can take you a long way in life.”

What you love doing outside of school: I enjoy cooking, crafts, traveling to new places, and spending time with family and friends. In the summer months, I love to go camping or spend the day soaking up the sunshine by a pool or lake.
