Sunday, March 29, 2020

I want to thank all of you for your patience during an unprecedented time. The circumstances we find ourselves in have certainly made educational leaders make decision on issues we have never had to make before. Please understand that the updates I’m providing are based on the information I have at this moment and can change at any time.

Updates for Sunday, March 29, 2020:

1. Lunch delivery will begin again tomorrow, Monday, March 30. The drop-off locations and times will remain the same as previously scheduled.

2. We understand that a few students have not been able to access educational materials on-line. As a result, paper copies will available on the following schedule only:

· Wednesday and Thursday only, this week only (for now)

· 8:00a.m.-Noon and 2:00p.m.-6:00p.m. at all locations below

· Bellefontaine Elementary - Main Entrance atrium

· Bellefontaine Intermediate School - Entrance from Park (one-way street)

· Bellefontaine Middle School - Main Entrance atrium

· Bellefontaine High School – Cafeteria

· To keep everyone safe, only one person in the building at a time.

3. We understand that some students may have items in the buildings that are a necessity. If that is the case for your student, please contact your building principal tomorrow morning to schedule a time to pick your item up. This is for necessity items only.

4. As it stands now, the Stay At Home Order expires at 11:59 p.m. on Monday, April 6. If nothing else changes, that would put us back in session beginning Tuesday, April 7. If/when that changes, an update will be provided to you.

I know a lot of information was shared during this update. It will be posted to the district’s Facebook and webpage sites for you to read. I am asking each of you to follow the advice of our healthcare professionals, the Orders of Gov. DeWine, and to maintain the recommended Social Distancing. Thank you for your patience during this long update and Go Chiefs!

Sincerely,

Brad Hall
