Weekly update:

Paper pencil work – It is very important to stay current on your assignments and turn them in weekly to be graded. This is not the time to get behind on assignments. The school year is quickly coming to a close and the amount of time you have to complete assignments is also getting shorter.

A note about grades on paper/pencil work…Grades are a week behind on paper/pencil assignment being posted to ProgressBook. This is due to the fact that the district quarantines the papers for five days before distributing them to teachers to be graded.

It is also extremely important to be checking Schoology and submitting assignments on time. Dr. Noeth asked me to mention that there are too many students who have “Incompletes” in ProgressBook at the high school. There are two reasons for the “Incomplete” grade. Students either have missing assignments or they are failing the class. It is important to remember that students have until May 4 to correct the incomplete grade. After May 4, the incomplete will become a letter grade.

That concludes the updates for this week. Please continue to be safe. Thank you and Go Chiefs!
